Larry joined our staff in June of 2008.  He served as Sr. Pastor of Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot, prior to joining us.  He is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and Southwestern Seminary. He is a native of Conway.  He and his wife Carla have three daughters.

Susan joined our staff in 2006.  She and her husband, Harley have two daughters, Celeste and Haley, both college students. She is a native Texan and Longhorn fan. 

Virgil joined the Cold Springs Retreat Staff in 2007.  He is a native of Louisiana. He and his wife, Helen, have two grown children. 

Jerry joined our staff in March of 2009. He is lifetime resident of the great state of Arkansas. He is a member of Crosspoint Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon, Sunday School teacher and worship leader.  Jerry and his wife, Karen (Kreis) have two grown children.
